The initial session will run 90-120 minutes.
All additional sessions will run from 70-90 minutes.
The majority of sessions will contain a follow up email that will have a session recap as well as have additional tools that you will be able to use between sessions. This may consist of homework as well.
(The Intuitive Energy Work session may be a complete session in of by itself and there may or may not be a follow up email.)
